"We actually had a problem with our Hotels.com booking, but the owners of the property were very kind and accommodating, turning what could have been a very stressful situation into a lovely stay. The rooms were clean, spacious and well kept, and the property and pool were well maintained. The location is very close to the beach, and right across the dolmus stop that goes into Bodrum, making going into town eay. "

"It was great once I actually got the apartment I had booked. They tried to fob me off with a much smaller room with no kitchen or washing machine. I decided to complain so actually got the apartment about 2pm the next day. There was a lot of apologies & a plate of delicious treats to compensate but to be honest I was really gutted to waste a whole day. In the end I booked another night just so I got the break I had needed. So the lesson is make sure you get what you pay for and don’t let them...

"Excellent hotel – everything was wonderful! The hotel has a fantastic location, right in the city center and within walking distance of the beach. It is also conveniently located only about a 10-minute walk from the main bus terminal. Our room was exceptionally clean and spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the complimentary open-buffet breakfast, which offered a great variety of delicious food. Special thanks to the buffet chef for the excellent meals and outstanding service. We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to the owner, Ms. Hümeyra, who was extremely helpful and treated us with great kindness and hospitality. Many thanks as well to Mr. Rıdvan at the front desk, who made our check-in process smooth, quick, and pleasant. The entire hotel staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt very welcome throughout our visit. We will definitely return and stay at this hotel again the next time we visit Bodrum. We highly recommend this lovely hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and conveniently located place to stay."
