"10 points Hotel. Very clean, staff helpful and polite, 1 minute check in. The room has everything you need in a room I mean everything, every single details, usb and c phone charger. Fresh and modern rooms with old fashion style Restaurant, well located near by Nivy mall center. Mini bar and breakfast included. The food in the Restaurant 5 star. Parking in front of the Hotel for a low fee. 100% Recommend."

"Our family absolutely loved our stay at Grand Hotel Bratislava! Without a doubt, we consider it the best hotel in Bratislava and one of the most family-friendly hotels we have ever experienced. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional attention to detail and genuine care for its guests. The thoughtful little gifts waiting in our room for our child were such a lovely surprise! The adorable child-sized bathrobe and slippers completely stole our hearts — these small but incredibly thoughtful touches made our stay extra special and made us feel genuinely welcome as a family. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the bedding was wonderfully soft and luxurious, and the high-quality bathroom amenities added an extra touch of indulgence. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wonderful selection to start the day, and the staff were simply delightful — warm, attentive, professional, and always happy to help. Every detail reflects how much this hotel cares about its guests and their experience. It is this level of hospitality, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail that makes a hotel truly exceptional. We left with wonderful memories and would wholeheartedly recommend Grand Hotel Bratislava to anyone visiting the city, especially families travelling with children. We would love to return! A truly outstanding hotel that makes you feel special from the moment you arrive. Highly recommended!"

"Beautiful, historical hotel in the old centre, but away from the crowds, so wonderfully quiet. Breakfast had a plentiful selection. Our room was delightful, and more than we were expecting. The pool in the lower ground was a welcome surprise, good to use after our long days exploring. Very close to multiple restaurants and cafes, and location of the Free Walking Tour. Uber to and from the train station was very cheap."

"Loved the hotel , good location only 10 mins walk from the old town. Restaurant was good but always busy , very popular with locals which says a lot about it in a good way. Beer brewed on site as well ! Rooms very good size , well appointed , lovely bathroom and shower. Staff were all so lovely and helpful especially on reception. Excellent value for money , great all round hotel, would happily stay there again and recommend for anyone contemplating staying there."

"Excellent service from the staff - the man at check-in was friendly, polite and very helpful. The room (standard double/twin) was very small but adequate for the one-night stay, as was the bathroom. The price was incredibly low for the facilities, especially as it was in the city centre, so we were very happy with the room, and the bed was very comfortable. If I had been staying for more than a one night stopover, or for a holiday, I would have wanted to upgrade, but it was fine for our needs and circumstances. The breakfast was excellent. I would definitely recommend the hotel to friends."
