"The hot springs were wonderful. There is a hotel around the corner that Okada shares use of the rooftop hot springs, and that is absolutely worth a visit. It was beautiful up there, albeit a little hard to find off the 8th floor side entrance and you walk up a hill to the other building. If you can spring for the room with the hot spring tub in it, def do that. We did this for our 2nd night there, and it was a big bonus to the experience. The rooms are great and the quintessential Japanese...

"チェックイン前にも関わらず、雨が強く、バスが止まったから辿り着けるかどうか確認のご連絡をわざわざくださり、一旦チェックインしてから外出して食事に行こうと予定していましたが、バスが止まるくらいひどいなら、食事を済ませてからにしようかなどと、予定が組みやすくなりました。 従業員さんは親切丁寧で、私が予約人数を間違えたのですが、快く対応してくださり、 チェックアウトが7時半〜ですが、雨でイベントに間に合わないかもしれないので、7時に出たいと申し出ましたが、快く対応してくださいました。 お風呂は清掃が行き届いていて、アメニティも整っていて、とても快適でした。 一人で大浴場に入っていたので、従業員さんが入って来られたのは一瞬びっくりしましたが、清掃が行き届いているのだなと安心しました。 "
