"Made very welcome by the reception staff and then later by the restaurant staff . Excellent room with all the usual facilities. Great Hotel handy for the Theatre Royal . Keep up the good work . Only negative side at breakfast no waiting staff to serve tea and coffee . The machine alternative is a poor substitute with many guests struggling to operate the drinks vending machine ."

"We had a lovely stay at the Bingham Townhouse. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It was quiet despite being at the front (roadside) of the hotel. The room had an effective blackout blind to keep the light out. Biscuits and hot chocolate were supplied, as well as the usual tea & coffee... and a bath!! Such a nice addition after months of Travelodge/Premier Inn stays! The staff were very polite, friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was fabulous with full English and continental...

"The lift broke and as a disabled person the 2nd floor was an issue so Alison on reception not only moved me to the ground floor but collected all my belongings and brought them down for me. The room was clean comfy and quiet, would recommend the breakfast as well, purchase with your booking it’s cheaper. The only other issue I had was the disabled toilet was out of use in the reception I would however stay again. "
