Shuttle was great. This hotel is really beat up. You could see daylight under the front door. The shower curtain didn't come down to the floor so when you showered water went all over the bathroom and out into the dressing area. Shampoo dispenser was empty. Bed was clean.

Best Western Plus Grosvenor Airport Hotel
This is our go to place when we have a layover in SFO. Nice rooms, great breakfast, perfect for our family. The airport shuttle is also super helpful. Highly recommended!
