"There were issues from the moment I arrived. I was delayed due the air traffic controllers issues. My flight from Bermuda was the 8th and was cancelled. Needed to reschedule my hotel. Request declined. Phone in room not working. AC remote had dead batteries. Reported all 5 days I stayed. Never fixed ..."
