Beautiful hotel room with the best tropical garden
Beautiful resort, quite, especially the tropical garden. Staffs are very nice and professional, nice food, swimming pools just nearby the room.

Perfect place for wedding picture
Đi chụp ảnh cưới cho em gái, bãi biển rất đẹp, phòng ốc sạch sẽ, thoáng mát, đầy đủ tiện nghi, xa nơi ồn ào náo nhiệt, thư giãn nghĩ dưỡng. Rất nhiều khách nước ngoài và ít người Việt lưu trú. Ăn uống hơi ít chủng loại, biển thì có con dĩn biển cắn chân rất ngứa, nên mang thuốc xịt côn trùng. I went here to have my sister wedding taken. Clean room and well maintenance resorts with lot of Westerners and minimal Vietnamese. Location is in middle of nowhere so perfect place to hide away. The beach is clean but have a lot of sea flies and they will bite you, which will take months to heal, so remember to bring bugs repellent.

3度目の滞在。天国のようなリゾート。とても静かで美しいホテル。部屋も広く清掃も完璧。スタッフも笑顔で対応してくれるのでとても気持ち良かった。海に面したインフィニティのようなプールとその横でくつろぐだけで生きてて良かった！と思えます。レストランの食事や飲み物はも品数は多くないがリーズナブルでおいしい。絶対にまた行きたい。

Very relaxing and peaceful location, and an excellent place to unwind. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and always attentive. The food was very good, with different choices everyday for both western and local food. The two main swimming pools are excellent. The princess villa room was spacious, well furnished and very clean. The four poster bed was also very comfortable, although the mosquito nets around the bed were needed !

We stayed in Princess d'An Nam for 5 nights and came there at the end of the new year celebration, which was a bonus. From the start the staff made us feel welcome, from the reception to the bar/restaurant. The hotel is quite remote, but the view and surroundings are perfect! It's not much more to say than that the food, the staff and the hotel itself is perfect. We got exactly what we were hoping for, and we are planning to return (first hotel i have ever wanted to go back to) Bonus: The fish is caught in the morning, the fruit and vegetables is grown right next to the hotel!

Very nice resort for a short break
This is a nice resort for someone who wants a short break. Even you have to take 4 hours train plus car from Saigon to go there. I think at the end it still worth it. The villa is very spacious and the little pool inside is nice. However this resort is a bit aged. I believe it must be spectacular when it first opened. The staff are very friendly but there are big rooms for improvement in their English level. This resort is located in the middle of no where, so it’s very quiet. But you also cannot go out to eat outside. Food in the restaurant is very pricy. It’s almost like double from a decent restaurant in Saigon. But the quality is not bad (but not excellent). After all, I would still highly recommend this resort for someone who either live in Saigon or you have been to Saigon many times and want a more relaxing weekend.

große villa und wunderschöner garten
+ große zimmer + pool vor dem zimmer + unsagbar toller garten (und auch sehr gepflegt) + bett war sehr bequem - das resort muss dringend renoviert werden - das frühstück ist für ein 5 sterne hotel nicht angemessen - der service von der rezeption ist super. jeglichen service am pool haben wir vermisst und im restaurant mussten wir denn kaffee jeden morgen mehrmals bestellen wir würden es nicht empfehlen, da es dringend renoviert werden muss.

静謐な空気の、満足の行くリゾートでした
旧正月に5泊しました。宿泊客は、最初はベトナムの方ばかりでしたが、途中からは欧米人にシフトしました。 宿泊したのはプールに面したマンダリンスイートですが、部屋はきれいに保たれていて、清掃も行き届いていました。給湯が部屋ごとのタンク方式なので、バスタブいっぱいに湯を張ることはできませんが、シャワーは十分に使えます。 食事は洗練されていて、ローカルメニューもインターナショナルメニューも堪能しました。 スパだけは少し残念で、スタッフがスパルームに持ち込んだ携帯が鳴ったりして、若干不快なこともありましたが、マネージャーに話したらすぐに十分な対応を取ってくれました。ただ、スパならではの雰囲気を欠いていて、あまり贅沢な気持ちになれないところは改善の余地ありだと思います。 ともあれ、全体としては、なによりもとても静かな雰囲気に包まれている、満足の行くリゾートです。コストパフォーマンスも大変良く、ホーチミンシティから4時間かけて行く価値のある場所だと思います。

Mycket bra hotell med toppenservice men ligger lite off. När vi var där var det mängder av sandflugor och jag fick ca 50 bett som kliar fruktansvärt. De fans både på stranden och vid huvudpoolen. Mycket bra frukost men något dyrt att äta på kvällen och något alternativ fans inte.

Das 5 Sterne-Resort der Kette "Small Luxury Hotels of the World" (eins von lediglich zweien in Vietnam) ist eine echte Perle und jede Empfehlung wert. Die Anlage ist von gediegenem, unprätentiösem Luxus geprägt. Es herrscht ungezwungenes, dennoch elegantes Ambiente. Eine herrliche Gartenanlage, diverse Pools, ein wunderbarer Strand, ein tolles Restaurant mit feiner variantenreicher Küche und ein stilvoller Spa-Bereich (die beiden letzteren mit vernünftigen, nicht überzogenen Preisen) fügen sich zu einem stimmigen und stimmungsvollen Bild zusammen. Das Resort ist für Paare und Familien gleichermaßen geeignet. Villen (mit kleinem eignenen Pool) und Zimmer mit großer Terrasse sind großzügig bemessen und stilvoll eingerichtet. Kein Kitsch, kein Protz. Der Service lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Man kann hier herrlich entspannen, die Seele baumeln lassen, sich verwöhnen lassen und zur Ruhe kommen. Nur wer permanente Unterhaltung sucht, ist hier fehl am Platz.

Ein Spitzenhotel an einem herrlichen Strand. Aber für die 180 km benötigt man 4 Stunden Autofahrt von Saigon aus. Ausserdem gibt es um das Hotel keinerlei Infrastruktur für Touristen, das heißt man ist quasi nur im Hotel - und das ist, weil 5 Sterne, recht teuer...

Very nice place but some issues.
Very good stay in this hotel. Very nice staf and service. Two issues however : the kids club is really a club (no schedules activity for kids - it’s just a room for kids) and the WiFi is really bad. The staf is very present and nice : just have to increase the English level a little. The restaurant food is very good. The problem is that there is only one restaurant in fact ... so at the end it’s a little bit boring because no other restaurants in the neighborhood. And at the end it’s a bit expensive. Otherwise the hotel is very nice : beautiful garden and nice beach (but dirty around the hotel). It’s a place where you just have to stay and have rest : nothing to do or to see around.

Beautiful setting, lovely hotel grounds with great pools. Disappointing Christmas dinner and service for whole stay very average, no attention to detail in restaurant, multiple times we were without drinks and had to flag down staff. An actual staffed kids club would be a great addition, currently only a very basic play room available.

Das Hotel liegt sehr abgeschieden was natürlich Vor- und Nachteile hat. Die Ruhe fernab vom Massentourismus und der Stadt sind phantastisch. Man muss allerdings jeden Abend im Hotel essen das es nur zwei Restaurants in der Umgebung gibt und die Restaurants sind unserer Erfahrung nach nicht als solche zu bezeichnen und total runtergekommen. Das Essen im Hotel ist überteuert, es wird ausgenutzt dass es keine Alternativen in der Nähe gibt - eine Portion Penne Carbonara kostet beispielsweise 15€ und eine Margaritha 11€, man ist pro Abend dann mindestens 35€ los. Es gibt diverse Speisekarten, die Speisekarte die uns am ersten Abend vorgelegt wurde enthielt keine vegetarischen Gerichte, erst auf nachfrage hab ich eine separate Karte bekommen. Auf den Speisekarten am Pool gab es auch Pizza, wir hatten dann abends im Restaurant nachgefragt ob wir auch Pizza bekommen könnten, wieder wurde uns eine andere Karte gereicht. Das Menü ist also eher undurchsichtig. Das Frühstücksbüffet was gut und relativ abwechslungsreich. Alle Mitarbeiter waren stets um unser Wohlwollen bemüht allerdings waren vom ein oder anderen die Englischkentnisse mehr als mangelhaft. Die Zimmer sind großzügig man sollte aber erwähnen, dass sich bei dem Princess Zimmern das Bad im aussenbereich befindet. Ab und zu hatten wir auch kleine Eidechsen im Zimmer weil alles so offen und in freier Natur ist. Die Zimmer waren sauber, zumindest die offensichtlichen Stellen, in den Ecken wurde nicht sauber gemacht.

Overall the service was outstanding. The resort was good, however in need of some maintenance, looking a tad aged with cracks and 1/2 the princess villas are not finished and 2/3 empress villas not finished.. it's a shame to have such a nice resort in a sad state.. although they try to hide it you can still see the ruins that should be finished rooms.. also common areas not finished like the whole top floor of the restaurant.. still worth the stay

Wir haben ungefähr eine Woche in diesem Hotel verbracht und hatten wirklich eine fantastische Zeit! Sicherlich haben wir auch großes Glück dass das Wetter so gut mitgespielt hat aber die Anlage an sich ist einfach traumhaft. Mit den nur knapp 50 Zimmern merkt man auch wenn das Hotel voll ist nicht viel von den anderen Gästen und das gab uns die Gelegenheit einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt zu verbringen! Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen und würden jederzeit selber wiederkommen ...

The beach was poorly maintained. It was dirty and there was a lot of trash. The water that day was murky and we were unable to swim because of how uncomfortable we were with the . I could also tell that the slippers in the room were reused... that was disappointing for a 5-star hotel. Dining room service was excellent.

A quiet luxury hotel
Thoroughly recommend. About 3.5 to 4 hours from HCMC(Saigon). Hotel organised pick up from our city hotel and back again to the airport cost around £42 each way per person. This hotel is just what is needed after the hustle and bustle of HCMC. Not really suitable for children as most people are relaxing and the ambiance is for a quiet, relaxation in luxurious surroundings. Hotel looks quite clinical on the photos however it is not so, the surroundings are laid out like a botanical garden interspersed with pools where we were often swimming on our own. Many of the rooms have their own pools so the communal pools of which there are four, are not used a lot of the time. Rooms are huge with lovely balconies and furniture with steps down to pool and garden areas. The food is excellent all a la carte and a good mixture of Asian and European and the restaurant is well managed. Eggs benedict for breakfast is wonderful. There is not much to do around the hotel but the spa is lovely and we borrowed a couple of bikes and cycled early in the morning to watch the fishing boats selling their wares.

The perfect relaxation retreat
Upon arrival to the local train station we were collected by an excellent driver in a nice people carrier and offered water and freshening towels. The villa was spacious and clean, with little gifts left each day. Everything was available that we needed including a beach bag, slippers,robes etc. Breakfast was a nice affair with a bread and cake basket to begin and usually a smoothie. The staff were all great and could speak basic English, however Richie who we assume was the service manager was absolutely excellent and checked in with us every time we crossed paths. She is a credit to the hotel. The pool was lovely and clean and even mosquito cream was provided. The food was delicious too but we were sad not to hav enough time to enjoy the spa. The only thing we didn't expect was children in the resort but this didn't impact on our trip in all honesty.

Great but...
The resort it self was modern and beautiful. The staff were polite and courteos. The negative for us was the restaurant which served really average food for a five star resort. The beach was nothing to write home about and the resort was 30km out of town.

Really beautiful resort, everything was so clean and the communal pools were fantastic especially the restaurant area and infinity pool which had a great ocean view. The extensive gardens were lovely to walk around as well. This is a great resort if you want to just relax and enjoy the sunshine.

Achtung vor Ungeziefer in den matratzen
Personal spricht sehr schlecht englisch und die Sauberkeit der Zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig. Wir hatten drei verschiedene Zimmer und alle haben heftige Stiche durch die Ungeziefer in den Matratzen. Müssten sogar deswegen einen Arzt aufsuchen

Relaxing stay at beautiful resort
Multiple beautiful pools and a beautiful beach. The resort is a little older but the rooms are extremely clean and large. We had a private plunge pool and lounge area that we used everyday. Food was good and expensive for Vietnam but reasonably priced for a nice resort. Good mix of international and local cuisine. We'd definitely stay again.

Very relaxing. Not a lot to so nearby which is great. Staff very friendly.

Accueil catastrophique
Nous avons été très mal accueilli ma campagne Vietnamienne et moi-même parce qu'on n'est pas mariés. Avant même de nous demander nos passeports, on a exigé de nous de réserver une autre suite (et après on fait ce qu'on veut) autrement le check-in est impossible. Après un appel téléphonique à Expedia France (hotels . com) qui n'a rien résolu après 2 heures d'attente alors que la paiement a été entièrement réglé, nous avons décidé de réserver dans un autre hôtel à plus de 20 km. Ce nouvel hôtel a été -comme bon nombre d'hôtels Vietnamiens- très accueillant et nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Seul hic, à ce jour je ne suis toujours pas remboursé par hotels . com. Une mésaventure à méditer tant concernant l'hôtel que le service clients censé nous protéger. (mon 1er message a été censuré, si celui-ci l'est également, je publierais la première version dans Tripadvisor)

Unfair behavior : check-in and refund refused
The worse welcoming we experienced so far. A cupid manager wanted to force us to book a second villa as we aren't married. After 2 hours waiting an hypothetical check-in we decided to take a taxi and move to another hotel. The resort was desperately empty (no guest) but full of mosquitoes! The manager promised to refund us via hotels.com, but finally no refund was made. By the way our stay was wonderful in Villa Del Sol Resort for cheaper! Princess d'anam : à éviter à tout prix!
