"Our first trip to Bermuda & all was excellent! We stayed at the Grotto Bay Resort & did the all inclusive plan. "The cabana king room was lovely, but generally, I did not think the service lived up to the Rosewood brand. The staff were all very friendly, but perhaps they were spread too thin? Examples: the staff in London never ask for our name (and room) as they learn them immediately. Not true here. More ..."

"This was close to a perfect stay, the hotel, the staff, the location all were 5 star. The only(very small) shortcoming was the maintenance staff in the room which needed minor reminders regarding daily maintenance"
