"On check in , I was greeted by a very friendly chap. Answered my questions effectively. I had booked one of the upgraded rooms. Nice design, very clean, comfortable mattress. Be warned that rooms are quite small. Even sitting down on the toilet can be cramped ! Breakfast is satisfactory. Just continental. ..."

"The lift was our main complaint for the stay, it seemed to have a mind of its own and many people we shared the lift with said they'd been on it for longer than they needed to be as it never took them to where they wanted to go initially!
