"Stayed for 2 nights in a studio , unit was so adorable updated comfortable had all the necessities you need, loved drip coffee maker not Keurig which tastes terrible,small frig no microwave, pool & beach access at ur feet , great location to town. No TV so bring iPad Wi-Fi for streaming. Will definitely stay again."

"The ocean was not visible from our room (119) but it was short walk to the beach. "

"The cottage was well appointed with everything needed! Our only suggestion was given to the girl working in the office. The grounds were beautifully maintained and there was plenty to do- tennis, pool, shuffleboard, cornhole, play yard for kids."

"The room was clean and nice. Having 4 kids with us it was upsetting that the ac in the living room didn’t work and the shower head was not functioning properly and had very low water pressure. There’s 2 tvs but only 1 remote was provided. Other than the few things we enjoyed our stay."

"This is our third time staying at the Southhampton Inn. The facilities (pool, beach shuttle, etc.) are great and the Staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a great location and with an easy walk into town. The only complaint was the room/hallway smelled slightly musty. I know it is difficult keeping everything dry at the beach so that is not uncommon. Overall had a great time and hope to stay there again soon."

"Ants and spiders in the room"

"This was our second visit. This unit was very dated, dull and unattractive. The room had a few issues, lightbulbs, a stuck door, the pullout sofa needed bedding. But each was addressed and fixed within minutes. The staff was great. I will say the mattress was like sleeping on a cloud. The grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed the pool which is heated to 85^"
