"Took 2:40 hrs to allocate room. Room 335 was allocated and AC was not working and no fans as alternative. Toilet flush continues leaking water. Cant open windows as they were locked due to health and safety and kids had to sleep in car as too hot rooms. Very rude manager there who wasn't even apologetic any inconvenience."

"It was okay. No where on the building does it have the words Redwings, which caused more than a little confusion. The room itself was okay, but there was maybe a quarter of a roll of loo roll for three of us to share for a two night stay! The air con worked fine, but dripped water on our belongings, so woke up with soaking luggage. The evening ‘restaurant’ only served drinks. Flat screen TV wasn’t connected to the internet so no channels were available to watch. It was £5 to use the car park for 24 hours, and there were less than 10 spaces available, so parking was a challenge. The main entrance to the hotel was through the back of the car park. But other than that, it was fine!"

"Here’s a polished review you could post: We recently stayed at Drayton Manor Hotel and unfortunately the experience was disappointing from start to finish. When we arrived, there were two members of staff on Reception. One was on the phone dealing with a query, while the other appeared to be dealing with the same issue on the computer. Despite clearly waiting to check in, we were completely ignored for over 15 minutes, very poor customer service. We were also unhappy to be charged £9 for parking, as this was never mentioned when we made the booking through Hotels.com. No explanation when asked. Food options that evening were extremely limited, with only pizzas and sides available. The portions were small and very overpriced for what you received. The room itself had not been cleaned properly, with rubbish left on the floor, and the soap dispenser was almost empty. The only positive part of our stay was that the towels were very soft and fluffy. Overall, the hotel did not meet expectations, shame, I will not be recommending it."

"Hotel grounds and facilities were nice, room was small but comfortable Had 2 hours sleep due to banging doors, people falling about drunk in corridors all night. Somebody knocking in my door at 5:30 am looking for somebody. A wedding party taking over the whole hotel, from 6:30am being very loud. All in all, it is the worst experience I have had in a hotel."
