It was Great to be Back!

I only stay at this hotel in Hanoi. It has excellent amenities and is in a convenient location. It was the same as when I last stayed there before the pandemic ... which was awesome! The staff is always wonderful. Excellent breakfast options. Easy to hail taxis at all times.

I was worried about the condition before visiting because of the reviews online. It was an old hotel but the room condition was very nice :) One thing I dont like was I made two booking due to the breakfast option and they noticed that when i check in. But the key wasnt work on the second night so I have to visit reception once again. Except that, everything was fine.

Heerlijk hotel maar gedateerd, blijkt ook wel want de volgende dag ging het hotel sluiten voor een renovatie van drie jaar !

직원분들 엄청 친절한 느낌은 아니지만, 빠른 서비스와 기본적인 친절함이 있습니다. 라운지 오전에는 간단한 다과가 있었던걸로 아는데 이제는 없더라구요. 이브닝 칵테일은 좋았어요. 그리고 복도에서 냄새가 좀 난게 아쉬웠어요. 아무래도 우기 지나서 그런 것 같아요 ㅎㅎ 다음에 하노이 간다면 또 투숙할거예요

オペラ座でのコンサートに行くため宿泊しました。 オペラ座に隣接し、寒い冬でもスムーズに移動できるのは大きなメリットです。 また、ホアンキエム湖や大教会も徒歩圏内で便利です。 客室はゆったりしていて大きなスーツケースも十分開けるスペースがありますが、Wifiが有料なのが大きな残念ポイントでした。 周辺の大手5スターホテルに比べて料金が安いのも納得できます。

Professional staff and room is well cleaned. Breakfast is good as general and mid class, nothing special. Their swimming pool is not that big. Little disappointed thing is that hotel forgotten amenities for birthday young boy, internal communication needs to be improved.

amazing location, great restaurant.

the hotel transfer were on time at the airport. it took 45 min from the airport to the hotel. when we arrived we went to the executive floor. the food was great and plenty. do not expect any spa or salons the don't have any. the great attraction is the tourist buses just around the corner in front of the opera house.

帰国前日に１泊しました。 場所は市劇場オペラの南側ですぐにわかります。ホテルはヒルトンだけあって完璧だと思った。空港行きのバス停(86番)がホテルから出て2〜3分のところにあって助かりました。料金は35000ドン、日本円で200円弱と安く時間も約１時間で到着しました。座席も混雑してなくて空席がたくさんあった。帰国前日はこのホテルが良いと思った。
