Gorgeous hotel, very central to all the main attractions. Staff are extremely helpful with everything including organising airport transfers and excursions. Would definitely recommend to stay here when your in Hanoi

This place was very nice and quiet, but it’s away from downtown where we wanted to go lots of American food around the hotel unfortunately we wanted Asian food so we had to go very far to get it.

Prompt and exceptional service, excellent amenities, luxurious standard rooms, incredible value. Two grocery stores located within the same building with wide selection of wares. Countless F&B options walking distance from the hotel and nice neighbourhood overall.

I had a very nice stay at Elegant Suites Westlake. It’s a clean , well maintenance hotel with impressive breakfast. Kevin, Adam and all the rest of the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Westlake area in Hanoi.

Hanoi is an old city, don't expect clean roads or posh buildings it's not that type of city. Expect to sit on plastic chairs and eat in places that at home you wouldn't go near but you need to because the food is amazing. Train street was frustrating
Take great care crossing roads. Green man means nothing and scooters go in all directions.
Once you get used to navigating the lack of pavement/ traffic situation this is a lovely city worth exploring.
Good for food, spas and souvenirs.
Very busy with scooters made walking anywhere stressful.
Totally mad but once you get the hang of crossing the road it is all amazing fun and such a great place to explore with great food and friendly people
