"I was disappointed that the bed was not made, wet towels were not gathered and wastebaskets were not emptied. I did ask and the front desk said they are going to install disclaimers to that effect. Apparently you have to book for three or more nights, making a “once over” after ? days. It was not mentioned in the room description or amenities (or non amenities). Noises from other rooms did make its way through to my room… it’s NOT a deal breaker for me. The two night stay was expensive and I hope the price reflects the soccer event going on locally and not the rate usually charged. I do not swim so I did not use the pool. The staff at the front desk and in the breakfast area were very attentive. As far as clean room, the room was clean when I got there. It was cool(a plus during a heat wave) but when I left I almost felt like I hadn’t taken care of the room…"
