"Great experience! rooms are clean and cozy, kitchen is stocked if you’re cooking, we had our thanksgiving dinner there. Saw a couple of deers outdoors. "

"This place is a scam. As soon as we booked I got an email from the "company" saying there was an issue with my payment and to rebook and they would refund the original booking. The payment had already cleared my account. The customer service was absolutely horrible. Needless to say we stayed elsewhere. Never ever book this place."

"We arrived at the property at 4:05 pm .It was supposed to be ready by 4 pm. All 3 bedrooms had dirty sheets and blankets piled in the middle of the bed. No clean sheets anywhere that we could see. There were no clean towels either. The windows were dirty. we hung around waiting for return call from the host. Never called back. We left the property T approximately 5;10 pm the same day, stayed maybe 1 hour waiting for a call from our host which never came. Never again."

"My sister & I stayed here for 4 nights. It was just the reset we needed! The place was darling & exactly as pictured. Just perfect for us. Had a little bit of difficulty getting up the last bit of the road to the driveway but a neighbor said to go faster & that did the trick (first time I did any type of rough driving in my Subaru). We went to the Luray caverns & some other local spots. We also spent a day just chilling at the cabin. It was exactly what we needed & we plan to go back!!!!...

Couldn’t ask for a better location at Seneca Rocks to see Blackwater falls state park, Spruce Knob, smoke hole caverns and Triangle Rock. Theirs 2 restaurants and small essentials store next to the property walking distance too. So perfect, appreciate you Jerry!"
