"This hotel is 5 min walk from Vienna airport and across the street from the train terminal. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly, ready to answer all the questions you may have. The small bar with coffee and a few treats is great at 4 a.m in the morning. The best place to stay between connecting flights!"

No housekeeping until after the third night. Two poor quality paper cups in the bathroom, not replaced when the room is cleaned. No shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom, just an all-purpose washing fluid."
