Heating and air unit was brand new and worked exactly like it should, though the auto fan was a bit noisy when trying to watch tv, but that is too be expected. "This is not a hotel you want to take your wife to. It is okay for a man on his own but it did not meet my expectations. The staff was friendly. Check in was slow and tedious since I had booked through Hotels.com. The total cost was more than quoted because they charged a service fee for using a credit card.
