"This stay is in a great location! Located next to the train station (easy to catch the train to many popular locations) & Don quiote is just down the street! If ur hungry there's a Denny's & 7-11 right downstairs of the hotel. There are also places to eat around the area as well. The rooms are clean & quiet. Air conditioning is good. Staff is very helpful & nice! There's a laundry room where u can do your laundry & there are ammenities in the lobby for you to take to your room which is nice. Toothbrush, slippers, washcloths, robes etc. In the hotel room there is shampoo, conditioner & body wash which is provided. I'm picky about certain scents, but their bath products are nice & gentle with a very light scent. Not overwhelming. There is also unlimited hot tea & water that they provide in the lobby 24/7. This location does not have the spa, but its still a great place to stay. I've stayed at various locations and this one by far is on the top of my list. Everything here is great! "

"This place was perfectly located for traveling around tokyo and getting to the subway system or honestly just walking about. The staff were extremely helpful in shipping my luggage straight to the airbnb I was going to in kyoto the next day after my stay, it arrived exactly when they said it would for in person delivery. The staffs english was very good and easy to understand. I would definitely recommend this place, i was a solo traveler so i am not sure about their multiple bed rooms, i rented a single bed room. The rooms are compact but have literally everything a traveler needs, will probably stay again when i come back in a few months."
