We can't thank them enough for making us feel at home on our vacation and ensuring we had everything we needed. The hotel is very clean and in a great location to experience all Placencia Village has to offer. Even if you don't stay there, be sure to visit Jolly & Mel at Toucan Jack's Tiki Bar!"
"The location was incredible and the staff were friendly and incredibly accomodating. A chair in my room needed to be replaced and the TV was not fully installed yet, but neither of those things detracted from the experience in any meaningful way. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Placencia."
