"Clean room, great staff"

"The room was great veey spacious but all 3 night we never got any type of services in out room. No fresh towels or freah linens. I went to the front desk for towels and bathroom tissue and no one came so the desk. I went back to my room and called the front desk from my personal phone because the roon phone didnt work. I got yelled at over the phone for calling and not going to the front desk by the hotel owner. He should have came to my to bring me what i needed asbi was the guest. My last morning the same owner knocked on my door at 8am to see if i was out when check out was at 11am"

"Check in and checkout staff were very friendly and efficient. Room was pretty clean except for the air vent in the ceiling which was very dusty and dirty. The heat did not work and all of the ice machines were out of order. We asked for and were brought a microwave but there was no refrigerator in the room. Beds were fine and we slept well. "

"The night attendant forgot which room she checked me into ! So while I was asleep my door opened and a stranger came in! While this awaken me, I wasn’t for sure if I was dreaming , so I let it slide and the next thing I knew my door was opening again , but this time I said can I help you and a voice came back with an apology? So I figured they realized I was in the room. The next thing I receive a phone call from the front desk asking me my name, which I told them and they said thank you? The next morning I questioned what had happen , which they explained they had book the room to someone else and accidentally gave me the room . When the person arrived they assigned her to my room and that’s how it happened! Long story long , the night person forgot which room she gave to me! No apologies? That’s all"

"The front desk husband and wife are my favorite always helpful . I will be back again this month . She is always so kind to me when I pass through . I will always tell people for the price and customer service it is worth the stay . "

"Clean, good disability access room. Staff on arrival was upset we arrived too early due to interstate time change. Came back and evening shift was polite and helpful. Breakfast was later so had a grab and go. Slept well, must have been quiet. "

"At check-in, the staff scolded me for booking through Expedia instead of calling them directly. They warned me not to leave a negative review and said the towels are brown because of bad water. They tried to rope me into a marketing scheme to tell my friends about their hotel. They re-used the card envelope which was filthy and had an old WIFI password scratched out. Room was funky and many things were lopsided- wind blowing through gaps in door, and messy caulking and poor craftsmanship on repairs throughout the room. The lobby was filled with their personal junk and it was gross. What a mistake to stay here. "
