"This is a ghost hotel and has no warmth or personality. Unfortunately, no staff on arrival. Thus, no information on any hotel amenities or the surrounding area. The pool was not clean and seemed to be abandoned. Staff member was very angry when we asked for breakfast at Expedia advertised time of 8.00 am. Very upsetting. Staff member only at the hotel for short amount of time every day. The rest of the time reception unmanned. This is not the Spain we know and love. "
