Beautiful and charming old school hotel in a lovely quiet area close enough to the centre of town to walk where you need.

Really helpful, friendly, well-trained staff. Excellent restaurant. Bike hire great.

Arrived late after serious train delay but no problem with check in. Short walk from station.

My stay was for business, so unfortunately I’m unable to comment on many aspects. However the location is lovely right by the River Elba.

Das Personal ist freundlich, das Hotel ist sauber und es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze direkt gegenüber (zumindest während unseres Aufenthalts). Wenn man zu spät zum Frühstücken kommt, muss man eventuell auf einen Tisch warten. Das Hotel informiert auch darüber, wann das Restaurant normalerweise voll ist. Wir sind zufrieden und empfehlen es weiter (Familie mit 2 Kinder).

Great little spot for a simple overnight stay when passing through on a bike tour. Check-in via keys in a lock-box, clear instructions on the door with a number to call. Very friendly host on the phone, room was basic but clean and well prepared, wifi code laid out. We didn't know this before booking, but there is also a small courtyard through the entrance hall where bikes can be left (they need lifting up a few steps), which is ideal if you don't want to leave them locked up on the...
