Very friendly staff

Very friendly staff! A nice pleasant stay, right next to the train station. There is a large lobby / chill area with sofas & seats, you can wait there if you’re catching a later train. Thank you, I will be back next time in Heidelberg :)

Amazing hotel, comfortable, clean, great location!

Wow, this place was amazing! One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in for this rate. I did get a Black Friday deal, but even the room's regular price is decent for what you get – which is basically an entire apartment. Cute kitchenette, comfy bed, nice big bathroom, everything very clean. And the hotel itself is lovely too. A cool lobby and dining area to hang out in, great location right near the train station and Flixbus line. Exactly zero complaints. I will 100% stay here again when I'm back in Heidelberg.

The Adagio is new hotel. My room came with a kitchenette including a two burner range, sink, fridge, and dishwasher. The pantry held setting for four. Grocers are nearby. They have a laundry, and if you have a problem operating it, ask Sunnita for help! Trouble checking in, Christina will help.

A brand new hotel with a bright feel . A fun atmosphere with a roomy public area with seating and some games . The room was clean and bright, good wifi, kitchen works well and well stocked with plates etc. It was very new when i stayed. A handy set of washing machines and a mini gym. Its right by a big railway station . Parking under the hotel but not enough spaces we got the last spot arriving aroung 6pm would definitely use again

Convenient for transport for tram, bus and train. The area felt safe even at night and the apartment had everything we needed. The apartment floor could have been cleaner as the laminate was dusty and the dishwasher not emptied and dishes not put away. The fridge wasn't turned on and there weren't enough towels and beddings for the number of booked occupants and staff didn't know what a duvet cover is when asked. We were eventually given flat sheets but not pillowcases, bath towels and bath mat but not hand towels.

We stayed at this hotel for one week while visiting our son, whose dormitory is right across the street. The location is excellent—right next to the main train station and very convenient for getting around. The hotel follows an aparthotel concept, so the room has a small kitchen (fridge, microwave, and basic cookware). This makes it easy to prepare your own meals. Breakfast is optional, but there is free morning coffee in the lobby. Unfortunately, we experienced several problems. The heating in our room was not working, which is unacceptable in winter. Instead of fixing it, the hotel only provided a small portable heater, and the issue was never resolved. The shower temperature also fluctuated suddenly, sometimes turning cold. Housekeeping is only once per week, and extra cleaning requires an additional fee. Towels can be changed at reception. The most disappointing part was the check-in. The receptionist, Alina, was not openly rude, but her attitude was noticeably unpleasant. When we asked simple questions, she responded in a way that felt impatient or condescending, as if we were inconveniencing her. She smiled, but her tone and body language suggested irritation, which made us uncomfortable. As frequent travelers, we rarely encounter this type of passive-aggressive service, especially from someone welcoming guests after a long trip. We booked through Hotels.com without any issues, and the city tax was paid directly at the hotel.
