Excellent séjour, nous avons pu réserver dans des conditions très avantageuses grâce à Hotels.com. Le restaurant proposait le soir de délicieuses pièces de bœuf accompagnées d'un magnifique vin italien. Et il y a beaucoup à visiter à Heidelberg, centre villes avec des boutiques et restaurants originaux et un impressionnant chateaux.

Frühstück hervorragend. Zimmer sauber. Freundliches Personal. Alles sehr schön weihnachtlich dekoriert (Reisezeit Dezember). Einzig Sauna und Poolbereich enttäuschend. Leider nur wenige Liegen. Außen-/Frischluftbereich der Sauna wirkt wie eine Raucherecke.

Bäder nicht zeitgemäß
Der Hotelbetrieb funktioniert reibungslos. Allerdings könnte das Bad eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Das ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß und weist deutliche Gebrauchspuren auf. Für ein Hotel in diesem Preissegment wünscht man sich eher keine Macken am Waschbecken und auf den Fliesen. Man fragt sich ob jemand dachte, er habe das Badezimmer gekauft und dürfe es beschädigen. Nach dem Aufenthalt war ich noch 2 Tage in einem anderen Zimmer dieses Hotels. Da fand sich das Gleiche. Schade! Der Service an der Rezeption und auch sonst war dagegen sehr angenehm.

Old property, needs a major refresh. Breakfast buffet is barely marginal. Hot items were at best lukewarm.had to wait for ~15 minutes to get the potatoes and finally when they arrivef, they were absolutely cold. had requested early check-in, butvwerevasked to waitfor two gours beforewe could get into our room. Does not live upto the Marriott brand name.

Wonderful City
Enjoyed our stay in Heidelberg, and found the Marriott Hotel very comfortable. The staff was friendly & helpful. We walked daily into the Old City, and visited the Castle. An Edika & ALDI’s is close by. Would stay again.

Lovely hotel with easy access to Trams or a nice walk along river to the old town. Staff were amazing and although decor slightly dated hotel was spotlessly clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
