Excellent stay. Sea view. Nice shower and elemis products. Really helpful staff. Nice room, good walking direct from the hotel along the SW way. The grounds are lovely with lots of plants. We had dinner and breakfast, both good.
We absolutely loved the location! The gardens were beautiful and we lived sitting in the chairs overlooking the ocean. So many outdoor places to relax. The pool was fun for our daughter. The food at the restaurant was lacking though which is tough because there aren't any other options close by. Both dinners and breakfast weren't that good and that was disappointing. But otherwise wonderful!
Clean room. Wonderful staff. Great breakfast. Lovely cafè and restaurant within the vicinity, plus access to the pool and spa. Location is very good with wonderful views of the sea, however, it can be a bit difficult during a very windy day. Overall, would defo recommend and would book again!
The whole place was very clean and tidy. All the staff were brilliant, nothing was to small for them. They were all so friendly and helpful. We booked a sea view and it didn't disappoint. Really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic location in historical but remodelled hotel.
We recently stayed at The Polurrion on the Lizard for 2 nights during spring school holidays. The staff was incredibly welcoming and the room was spacious with sea view. We enjoyed the variety of food, our evening time in the hotel lobby and the kids have definitely enjoyed the indoors swimming pool.
The location was perfect as the beach was 5 minutes walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cornwall.

Hotel is well located and has great views of the sea and sunsets from the terraced bar area, We had a room on the ground floor car park side which was spacious and had a ery nice wet room , sadly it also had an electric car charging point directly outside our window which seemed to be in frequently use throughout our stay and sometimes late at night which was a little annoying due to the constant noise from this activity , there is also some major construction work going on at present which we wasn’t made aware off at the time of booking and was very aware of the sound of vehicles or machinery moving about especially in the morning, Breakfast was great with a good choice on offer but service was a little chaotic at times
Staff were helpful and polite, I would stay again but would probably wait until the building work has been completed .
We loved this hotel - the setting is stunning, and we were so comfortable with the beach nearby, we didn’t get back in the car for our entire stay!

We booked to stay here because of the views, relaxing bar area, terrace and to use the hot tub after a long coast path walk. The hot tub was broken and completely empty and the bar, terrace and lounge area (the only places with the sea view) were out of bounds due to a private wedding function. It was supposed to be a real treat, playing cards in the afternoon, after a relaxing hot tub looking out at the stunning sea views. Instead we stayed in our fairly average room listening to people singing 'living on a prayer' at the top of their voices. If the hotel cannot forewarn guests if they book through Expedia they should not be selling rooms when they have an event on like this as the other hotel guests are not getting the experience they paid for. Be warned!! The first room we were offered was on the ground floor adjacent to the lounge and terrace area, thankfully the hotel accomated us when we asked to be moved further away as we were worried about the noise so we were grateful for this. The first room smelt of damp and the bathroom fan was very noisy so we were happier with the room upstairs. The breakfast was OK, but the staff seemed fairly disorganised with our breakfast being offered to another table first (after a long wait) and we saw this happen to others too. The girl on the health club desk was unhelpful when asked what the temp of the pool was, saying she only did treatments (even though she was sat behind the desk), we also needed to book a time slot for this!!
What a lovely place! My partner and I arrived on Christmas Day & stayed for 3 nights & we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Wonderful scenic location.
Welcoming staff, clean rooms, fun live music, board games provided, delicious food & the massage in the spa was also great. The only thing we regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.
