"Reception desk is never staffed. When you get there, you are supposed to call a number, and then they will text you back. Room keys are in an unlocked box. If someone grabs your key, oh well. There is 1-2 staff there in the mornings to run the breakfast and clean rooms. If something goes wrong, and it is after hours, the person that texts back will tell you it is too late, and then tells you to cancel the booking. If you ask them to handle it, they will simply stop responding.

Also, the grounds are totally overgrown."

"I’ve been in many 5 star hotel and unfortunately this is not one of them. It does look’s luxurious from the outside and around of property especially the garden area are fabulous. The inside rooms interior is outdated and I would rate as the 3+star ranking hotel. The pillows were terrible along with the mattress. Be aware that spa is optional at additional cost. "
