Brookstone Lodge near Biltmore Village, an Ascend Collection Hotel
"Bedsheet had glue/tape with hair on it. Tissue holder was cracked and I didn’t notice it when I reached in for a tissue and it cut my hand. Light bulb in the standing lamp was burnt out. Bathroom was clean but it was a terrible experience."
