"I was in a basement room looking out at a retaining wall, and there was no working elevator to my floor on check-in day. The room had a palm sized spot of blood on the carpet by the sink, outside the bathroom, which I stepped on in stocking feet before I saw it. The heel of my sock was damp and red/brown. ..."

"The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and convenient location. The separate Kitchen space was amazing. The layout with two buildings was confusing for taxi pickup and food delivery. Waking up to construction at 7am was also less than ideal."
