"Highly recommend! The king suite was very clean, modern, quiet and comfortable. The A/C was a god sent as the outside temperatures were hot. 10 minutes walk from Sultan Ahmet and all the tourist attractions. "Highly recommended. The hotel is in a tree lined street and feels very safe even at night. They gave us a free room upgrade facing the street. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Free breakfast at the rooftop restaurant gives a clear view of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, and Bosphorus Strait!!' Excellent location with major sights and tram stations within 5-10min walk. "We were greeted at the door by staff with a cart of treats and beverages. The staff, managed by Gorkem Oncel, treated us like we were the only guests in the hotel. They were friendly, accommodating and courteous. Every time we left and entered the hotel, we were greeted and asked if there was anything we needed. "Pool was awesome!! Great food and stores close by. Free shuttle wonderful, drivers are very nice. Room very clean and spacious. A/C works great. Wish we could keep power on in room for fridge (door key also used to turn power) staff is amazing!! I had originally planned to stay 1 night but we extended it to 3 nights. Just flew back from Izmir and booked 2 more nights. Feels like home. "
