"Loved that it was in a great location and made the whole little town walkable. The room was clean, comforters soft, refrigerator and microwave, and a wonderful screen door over the main door to let some fresh mountain air in. We would definitely stay there again!"

"Lesley two messages with the front desk calls were not returned. Front desk attendant were very cold almost robotic other than one new your women who was great. We would pass front desk in the morning or entering the lobby they wouldn’t even look up. At dinner the food was not very good the server EJ was wonderful. Breakfast was good, I’m a tough customer as I hate to receive frozen items I could microwave myself at home. Sausage we microwaved jimmy dean as the bacon was also. The entire property is beautiful but it has aged without much updating. We gave it 4 stars as the one friendly front desk person upgrade our room as it was our wedding anniversary and we had requested a balcony room and they didn’t not have one At check in and upgraded us to a very nice room. We would return just know what to expand you check in. The Propert was clean and everything worked just felt like we were back in 1999."

"Great customer service my room had a iron and iron board also downstairs had needle and thread I needed it in an emergency because my friend dress ripped so it was convenient that I didn’t have to go to store. Great breakfast they have a waffle press you can make your own waffle also they had pork sausage wish they had turkey sausage I don’t eat pork and they had scrambled eggs, apple juice , orange juice, cereal , etc very great spread also they have a pool I seen someone early morning cleaning the pool out before pool hours I didn’t use the pool though but overall a very great experience"

"Great motel for exploring the trails in the Boone area. Our king room was clean and spacious. I especially enjoyed the bean bag chair, it’s perfect for relaxing with a book after a hike. The onsite restaurant is fantastic - no need to go looking for a place to have dinner elsewhere. All the staff are very friendly. Definitely will stay again when in Boone."

"Got it late, staff allowed me to check out late. Check security deposit is nice, and the staff in front and cleaning were very polite. Room was clean, bed was comfy, no issues with showers or AC, 10/10"

"Hotel was very clean. Probably one of the cleanest we had been at in the previous 10 days. Staff was not overly nice but professionaly nice. Did not see many employees but that was ok as well. We will definitely be visiting this hotel specifically again. Oh coffee is freah 24 hours a day. Loved it."
