"The hotel is situated perfectly for walking into the small town of Alpbach or for setting off on one of the many possible mountain hikes in the area. Facilities: stainless steel lined indoor/outdoor heated swimming pool with bar service. Plenty of towels available. We paid the half-board rate to get breakfast and dinner included. "Great stay! They really went out of their way to take care of guests. Really enjoyed the pool after a long day of hiking. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and a huge breakfast spread. Highly recommend and would stay there again! "

"I liked this place so much I stayed an extra night. Great location just off the main easterly highway. Definitely worth checking out if you're wanting to be in a gorgeous setting just outside of Bruneck. "

"Everyone was quite helpful. The newest part of the hotel is quite nicely done with an over the top rooftop spa - sauna - pool - and relaxing rooms. It makes this stop an opportunity for chilling and relaxing. My room was in the older section of the hotel and while it was clean and well cared for, it's a contrast to the updated section. They served a most excellent breakfast buffet. The dinner was traditional local food and very good quality. "

"Hotel Elephant is a must stay! Staff are friendly and welcoming. Every we looked there were amazing art and historical scenes to appreciate. The indoor pool and sauna were wonderful. Breakfast had plenty of options and just going for a walk in the gardens was a relaxing and peaceful experience. Bus Stop at the door was a bonus 🙂"

"I stayed there a week on my own. The room was big enough to host a whole family. It had a beautiful balcony with breathtaking view. The sauna was great. The pool is small but enjoyable. It's easy to start hiking from the hotel or get downtown with a bus. On the flip side - the bathtub is a bit slippery with nothing to hold on to, and check-in is in the late afternoon. "

"Lots of attractions for kids, rooms a bit small, but ok. Staff very friendly. Close to mountains and next to cable car 🚡. Lots of free parking spaces. Hotel offers free access to local transport links like busses or trains to Innsbruck, so you can leave the car in the hotel and travel by train to Innsbruck. Inside the hotel there's also train tunnel museum which is interesting and free. Food was quite nice too. Would recommend. "
