"Great location, stones throw from the tube! Super friendly and helpful staff. Room was sufficiently clean! The breakfast was always well stocked with plenty of options, very pleasant and with a view! The only negative would be the noise at night, it was gone 11.30pm and there was music playing somewhere, we think it was from the event happening on the boat but can’t say for sure. Overall a great visit and stay, thank you!"

"Price is over exaggerated. Ppl working at reception need more customer service trainings. I checked in and the guy just handed me the room key without any information about amenities: pool, breakfast, where the room is….no infos. Very disappointing"
