(Maybe bed bugs). The free drinks in the lounge area, a welcoming option, however it should be called kids club, so noisy it was unwelcoming! Parents keeping young toddlers up in an alcohol environment till well after 10pm, is irresponsible by the parents and the hotel staff made no effort to preserve the harmony of the environment or did not care about the guests, who actually pay for the accommodation."
