What I am disappointed with is the airport shuttle!!!
Promoted as 24 hours availability, but not saying it is shared with other hotels!!
I called from my room to order the ride, arrived in the lobby as the first of a set looking to get the shuttle to the airport; as I waited I observed the shittle at the hotel across the street at the Hampton. The shuttle then headed to the airport without me and zero communication.

"Came for Derby and paid a very high price for this place, ($600/night!) Way overpriced for the quality of hotel.
If you want to sleep in the middle of a freeway and listen to it all night, this is your place. Also, the in room amenities are non-existent. There is a little coffee maker but they give you paper cups and only one pre-filled coffee filter per day!
We will not be coming back."
