"the breakfas menu was good. The other food was Ok. The place is pretty rundown: stained worn out furniture and carpet, missing modling, dented tables, etc. It wasn't too bad for $80 a night, though."

"The staff at the Hyatt Centric Downtown are the nicest and most helpful staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. I was having trouble with my car key fob and the staff up front did everything to help problem solve. From offering to troubleshoot in person with me, locating local dealer and also trying to help me get the fob open to change battery which we never did get into. I really appreciated the extra effort to help me out. The property was beautiful and a great location for the event we walked to at US Bank Stadium. I will stay here again!"
