Clean but dated rooms. Staff is ok just do the bare minimum. Staff at the food service is awful. They complain about other guests openly. Front desk ( Kevin is useless) not much help on information. The pool side had some seating but you had to pay for a good location. I have seen extra charges for cabanas and luxury seating but not reg. seats in the sun

The exhaust vent in the hallway on the fourth floor is extremely noisy! Handheld shower handle was a low quality product. The omlets for breakfast were not very good.
