Wonderful views from this hilltop hotel, but it's a long, steep walk back from the beaches! We took the hotel bus down to the beach and walked back after spending some time at the port. It's isolated, but there's a free bus from/to Toyohashi Station. The breakfast and dinner buffets are great, and much of the hotel has been recently renovated. Unfortunately they have changed the afternoon times for the onsen so that women have access to their part at 3pm but men from 5pm, which we found...

Great stopover hotel if you're arriving late at Nagoya airport. Very friendly staff!

The reception staff is very good. The room and facilities in the room are worth the price paid. The light in the room is a bit dim but it's okay. The hotel bus driver was very helpful. Overall, everything is very good. I am very impressed.

Excellent hotel 10 mins walk from Chubu airport

The location is excellent, right on the beach. The rooms are large and clean, very good condition and with a private bath. We also had a nice balcony to enjoy the wonderful sunset. The roof top baths are also very nice with a great view to the beach and surrounding area. We would have preferred the water temperature to be a bit hotter. The service is excellent and English was not a problem. The food was pretty good and overall a very relaxing stay and a very good value.

Good hotel, clean and staff pleasant. Parking available. Unfortunately no responses to emails before and after stay (emails in Japanese and English). Which meant although we booked for an infant and requested a cot, the hotel did not provide one and the room was too small for our travel cot. We also contacted them by email after stay when we left something in the room the hotel but again no response to emails in English and Japanese to arrange for us to retrieve it.

Great value, the hotel and amenities were clean and looked after. The breakfast buffet is very generous. The Onsen was very nice with a lovely ocean view especially at night. My only criticism is it was noisy there with loud people shouting and kids running up and down the hallway and some ill mannered guests talking loudly in the hallway instead of in their rooms. I put that on the guests not taking anyone into consideration though. The people talking loudly for over an hour soon stopped after...

The room was pretty good and clean. Employees were very nice and helpful. The hotel mate was very diligent and nice. I'm really recommend if you want to live close to the train. The last but not least, the hotel breakfast was fantastic.

Stayed for one night while going to Toba aquarium. Room was amazing very large and with a beautiful view of the sea. Staff were great very helpful the entire time. Hot drinks were free from a relaxing bar on the 1st floor. Breakfast was a Japanese style. Various different. Vegetables, fish and some fruit with rice, udeon and miso soup. We were even provided a meal voucher for the night when we arrived. Can't speak for the baths as we didn't use them for the night but I'm sure they are lovely as...
