The last time the room was a little older than our first 2 rooms, but even with a not as nice 3rd room we still had an amazing stay. The beds are comfortable, the showers are heavenly, the food is diverse and delicious. Absolutely worth the money for the buffet breakfast. I went to the spa and got the hibiscus body massage and it was very relaxing and the masseuse was professional and very good at her job. Most importantly all...

The bathroom shower and fittings were totally rusted and leakage water flowed into the room. The hotel staff and hotels.com did not care to help and resolve despite calls to front desk and customer service number."
