"Fantastiske, moderne og romslige leiligheter men litt skuffende at det fortsatt renoveres bygg, uten å installere skikkelig ventilasjonsanlegg eller air condition (det var hetebølge under oppholdet) Selve nærområdet er under oppgradering og er preget av et nedsarvet nabobygg (som skal pusses opp). 10/10 strand og et veldig sjarmerende område som kommer til å bli toppkarakter om noen år.
