"The actual building is good looking with plenty of space and the views are fantastic. The pool and outside area are very nice although the sun shades and sun beds are old/broken and need to be replaced. But it is inside the property that badly, badly needs to have money spent on it. Electric sockets hanging off the wall, loose taps and shower fittings, wardrobes with no shelves , loose wires, chairs and other furniture poorly repaired and needing to be replaced. "A great place to stay in Fethiye, in the old town and close to the port, ruins and bus services, but still quiet. It is up a bit of a steep hill, which might be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Hosts were very helpful and easy to contact. The place was in good condition and modern with a nice outdoor seating area under grape vines. We really enjoyed our stay."
