"This hotel has changed ownership and has gone from a really friendly welcoming place to the total opposite and is such a shame. Management were more for the local guests. The rooms are dirty and hardly cleaned. In the ten days I stayed there the splash marks from toothpaste in the sink tiles remained. My room was a twin but was small and you couldn’t swing a cat - luckily I was a sole traveller but not ideal or comfortable. Arranged transfer from airport and it didn’t arrive. This was carnage...

Anschließend wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass man mich stattdessen in einem anderen, angeblich zum Hotel gehörenden Haus unterbringen würde. Tatsächlich wurde ich in einer Pension untergebracht, die deutlich schlechter war als die gebuchte Unterkunft. Die Pension war alt und nicht sauber, außerdem gab es keinen...
