"We love it there. Pet Friendly. It is like Dog’s hotel and we are just hitching a stay.. lol. Staffs are friendly and food are great! Go for the french toast!!!"
"Lovely property. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good and included with the room. It was easy to drive to Newport but obviously would have been more fun to stay in town. The only negative was that I noticed they charged me for breakfast when it should have been included. I called to dispute and it was easily fixed. I would not normally call this out except I saw people had issues with smoking charges when they didn’t smoke so…..? The pool looked inviting and wished we were staying another day to hang out there for a bit. I would definitely recommend this place."
"It was a great hotel- staff was very helpful and friendly. Great location. The only reasons I gave it a 4/5 is that the room was rather sparse and dark and the elevator was over 100 years old and showed it. Other than that we enjoyed our stay."
"Loved the Hotel Viking. Lovely room with comfy bed and pillows. Plenty of room in bathroom and great towels. Super cold A/C and the room was remarkably quiet. We had breakfast each morning which was awesome and the bar area is very welcoming. Convenient location to walk to the wharf/downtown as well as the mansions which was good since driving around is a nightmare. Friendly staff. My only complaint is that there was no safe in the room. Would stay there again."
"Great room with water views and of the bridge. The pool and pool bar were great. Sitting on the adirondack chairs over the water was refreshing. Valet service was efficient and helpful."
"Fabulous view looking across at the harbor Staff was very, very helpful and friendly. Only suggest they add a towel rack in the bathroom so two towels can be hung up. We were there in the middle of summer so it’s quite pricey, but we enjoyed our stay."
