On the day his late check in around 11:30pm, when don't have the key inside mailbox, we came to gave the key card for him check in right away. This is service apartment and we have many tower, this Guest thinking that he's a King, all his request we have to do it immediately, outside It's heavy raining but he pushed us have to run to his room to fix wifi immediately, we said that need waiting It's stop raining, technical will come to fix internet for him. But he's not agreed, still complained and said we didn't make customer satisfaction at all He want to bargain to stay longer but we didn't accepted with the price he offer, so that's why he leave a bad review for our place

First and foremost, we have specifically reserved the apartment as per your request which is high floor and facing the river front. Secondly, this is not a hotel room per say but rather apartment for rent and here at Homes by Christine Vinhomes Central Park we are committed to serve our guest as much as we humanly can but not to the standard of the hotel provide. When they arrived in the apartment, yes the apartment is dark because no one will leave the electricity on for 24 hours a day. When you checked in a hotel room, similarly the room is dark until you turn on the lights. Looking for the main switch is also similar to looking for the switches in the hotel room correct? Having done that, you will obviously have to wait for the aircon to cool down the entire apartment right. We have no complaints about the aircon from the previous guest. Also, I am totally surprised to hear that the washing machine is not working at all. Prior to your checking in we have had a guest also with family using the washing machine without any problems. Instructions were written clearly on the buttons of the washing machine and in English language as well. Nonetheless, we also accommodated your sudden new request to move to a new apartment. Obviously moving is inconvenient similarly when you move from one room to a new room in a Hotel. I am glad to hear that you actually like the new apartment without river facing. At the new apartment, you started requesting for extras as follows: 1. Changing towels daily – we accommodated free of charge 2. Free 6 bottles of mineral water daily – we accommodated free of charge 3. Cleaning the entire apartment daily – we accommodated free of charge Typically these extras are chargeable but we did not bill you extra because we hope that you will at least appreciate our services, goodwill and gesture. I can safely say that you will not be able to get these extras in any apartment rental at all. Lastly, please take note that pool access is govern by the building & security department and they have their standard operating procedures which is to collect each and individual passport details before granting access to the pool. I am just complying to their rules and procedures. Challenging to communicate with me – I am totally astounded with your comments as never before have I had any complaints on this matter. All my guests were given my direct mobile number as well as my Viber and Whatsapp accounts for ease of communications. Unless you did not purchase any data while in Vietnam, then needless to say you cannot get in touch with me until your return to the apartment with free wifi. You have also threatened to give me a bad rating after having provided all these extras without charge. I seriously felt that you do not respect and appreciate any of these services.
