Even though we booked through Expedia and have no status with the hotel or its loyalty program, the staff upgraded us to a better room with bathtub. The staff were extremely accommodating with every request we had, from accepting parcels to a slightly later check-out and providing amenities. There was a problem with the hot water on the first day, which was quickly resolved. The staff even offered us a separate room to use to shower/take a bath if the problem persisted, but luckily it was not necessary. Every single member we met during our stay showed the same level of professionalism and courtesy and we expect to return to this property on our future stays!
