When we arrived at 9 am it took about 10 minutes to gain entry as the door now has a secure lock & reception is not manned 24/7 .However we were given a WhatsApp contact on entry / door code & any requests/information answered quickly & always extremely helpful including taxi to the airport .There was no welcome drink but water in the room first day.Clean comfortable quiet room in good location

Easy communication with owners through messenger. Close to a lot of things. Walkable. Since the hotel is located behind the Main Street (alleyway type street) it was not a busy front area so made it feel safer to walk in/out of the hotel. They have a working elevator. Working AC a plus! Doesn’t need the key to be inserted to keep the room cool. Free water when they clean your room.

The staff were very helpful getting an airport taxi but reception was infrequent manned& communication was via WhatsApp.I have stayed at this property 8 times in the last 10 years & it’s now being run on skeleton staff which is inadequate.the room was only cleaned when asked so I had to buy toilet rolls & water&.cleaning was below my standards.Sadly I won’t rebook there again

A good place to crash!

The staff were lovely and the hotel is quite well situated. Don't expect much from the rooms (although if there is something you like, everything in the room is for sale), but if you're looking for a place to stay whilst visiting the town, that's the place for you.

Alles in allem stimmt das Preisleistungsverhältnis absolut. Wer mehr erwartet muß woanders unterkommen und mehr bezahlen. Sehr freundliches Personal, absolut hilfsbereit. Klasse Frühstück auf der Dachterasse. Und die Lage: man kann von hier aus fast die ganze Innenstadt zu Fuß erkunden!
