Very clean big room and great staff. It was above our expectations. Many options for the À La Carte breakfast. Breakfast was delicious, I suggest to try the Banh Mi.

Love our stay there. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Hotel is cozy and clean. It locates in an alley which car/SUV can drive through… slowly. The breakfast options are understandably limited but you can easily get food somewhere else. One of the weird thing is that the card key expires every 2 days so it is a bit inconvenient to renew it. However, we enjoyed our stay and will get back in the future.

Very friendly and welcoming staff! Sande at the reception was amazing and took care of us. The location is very convenient and we were able to walk to restaurants.

Small, family run boutique hotel. Very clean. We got a room with single double bed and a small window that looked at the inside of the hotel. But since we were out most of the time, it didn't matter and we never open the curtains. Came with breakfast - the yogurt was delicious! Not buffet style. You order a dish from the menu (1 order /pax only). I ordered the beef fried noodles all the time; one day it was on the sweet side, but another it was too spicy. Still good, nonetheless. The very nice lady boss did explained why she was unable to make it less spicy. Location - along side street, but close enough to intersection with major street. Very convenient to good dinning/shopping. Convenient store just few steps away and street food vendors all around. Staff members, including the lady boss, were very helpful (eg. sharing good dinning locations). Some staff has limited english ability, so need to be patient. But they still tried their best to help and provide info. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely helpful staff. Fast hassle free check in. Rooms are small but all you need for a few days stop over. Daily included breakfast was very enjoyable. We would highly recommend this small but friendly hotel.

Bijou hotel in central Saigon
This is a great hotel in a very good location, with good amenities close at hand including a laundry and a fantastic café across the road with excellent pastries. The hotel is very reasonably priced but the room was immaculate and the bathroom was fresh and modern. The staff were lovely too, friendly and helpful.

Great staff & food, clean room.
The staff are helpful, friendly, and will do their best to help you with any issues or concerns. At any hour. The breakfast is delicious and made to order. Peter was great helping me order dinner. I would gladly stay there again.

Fabulous hotel in every way!
An extremely nice, very clean and modern hotel in a great location. The staff were all very lovely and friendly. The room was excellent quality with super cool air conditioning. Breakfast choice was very good and the food very tasty. Overall, an excellent hotel, great value for money, and highly recommended!

This is a great place to stay in the heart of the city. Most things are only a short walk away. The staff were very efficient at reception and breakfast. Spacious room and we appreciated an upgrade to one of the rooms with a window onto the street. This made the made the room bright, but did not let in too much noise. Good quality, clean sheets and towels. Breakfast is perfectly adequate - there are a few options, though some are better than others in terms of amount, quality and therefore value for money. There is also juice, yoghurt and coffee/tea. Perhaps some bread with butter and jam, or pastries might be nice as well. The only real issue we had was that the WiFi was rather slow.

The room is a little smaller than the picture. But the rest are satisfactory. There's Yamaha piano in the lobby, sounds good.

I reserved this hotel because of its high rating on Expedia. I found it to be fare in all areas. I have stayed in other hotels in the area that were cheaper and just as good as Piano hotel. also the breakfast was an added incentive but we found it margnal at best. My biggest complaint though was poor wifi. customers had to go down to public areas on the ground floor to use the wifi. I had an important conference and had no privacy to conduct it. Wifi should not be listed among the ameneties as it is misleading.

While the Piano Hotel may not have a five star rating, it deserves one for the price category it is in. It is absolutely spotless and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I chose a single large room with a double bed, flat screen TV, a quiet air conditioning unit and a good ensuite. I was very satisfied. The daily room service was great and it was lovely to have breakfast every morning to start my day. Value for money you couldn’t do any better. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here.

A good Hotel.
The hotel though slightly remote but easy to locate. It is very new and well maintained. Due to covid virus situation, not much guess staying. The surrounding is good, with a 24 hours convenient shop just nearby. Also many coffee shops and food establishments around the area. Indeed, a very convenient place to stay. The owner of the hotel is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast served is good. Therefore, l recommend if anyone who are looking for a quiet, convenient, clean hotel. Please book into this hotel. Prices is reasonable. Thank you .
