Pros: Staff are very nice! Special mention to Harvey who assisted us during check in. Nice pool, spa facilities, linens, towels are nice. The facial/massage services were amazing! The cafe restaurant downstairs is also good! Love the live piano every night. Cons: I don’t think this is a 5star hotel ...

Amazing apartment. Was great having a washing machine and space to spread out. Comfortable beds and a great supermarket across the road made our stay great. Staff went out of their way to help.
