My family of 3 had a lovely stay at Tam Coc Retreat. We spent two nights and found the Retreat to be peaceful and relaxing. The pool was large for the number of guest rooms, and we had a wonderful time using it.

We had a great stay at Bliss Tam Coc, we stayed with our children in the 2 bed villa which was perfect for us, very clean and plenty of space. The staff were all really kind and helpful. The outdoor pool was beautiful. It is out of Tam Coc, but we preferred this as was lovely and quiet but an easy Grab ride into town. The food and drinks in the restaurant were great too, would definitely recommend.

Best hotel in Ninh Binh!! It’s a bit outside Tam Coc town which is great because the town is very touristy. There are free bikes to rent which are really good quality. We enjoyed cycling to the Bich Dong pagoda and then to the mountain side cafe and visited the duck farm. The view from the pool is lovely. We also had lunch and dinner here and the staff is very kind and nice.
You get the feeling that this is a family run hotel as the staff is really friendly and seems to really enjoy their work...

The location was perfect (at least for me). It was not on the busy strip of Tam Coc, so I could enjoy my peace and quiet, but it was also just a 5-minute cycle to the restaurants and bars. I forgot to get the names of the staff, but they were all lovely! The property’s bicycle rental was very convenient, and the room was spacious and comfortable—it was exactly as described and shown in the photos.

The room was spacious and clean, with a nice view of the mountains. The staff is attentive and welcoming, wifi works great, and it’s not too far from restaurants and attractions. I recommend getting one of the hotel free bikes and exploring around.

Tommy and Lily are great hosts who provide a lovely place to stay in Tam Coc which is down a small street off the main road which means it is quieter but still 2 minutes from restaurants etc.
Breakfast is freshly cooked which is nice. Try the banana pancake.
Tommy and Lily arranged cars to take us different places which saved us a lot of time and he also made recommendations on places to visit and restaurants to go.
Overall we would recommend 100%

The surrounding views are fantastic and it is very quiet with little in walking distance but excellent bikes that can be borrowed and mopeds/motorbikes to rent plus we had no issues using Grab for taxis.
