"Great"

"The room was clean and tidy upon arrival. We arrived around 8am and had to wait a long time for a staff member to come to the desk to check us in. There is no AC in the halls or elevator so it was pretty hot. Breakfast was not great and there were a ton of flies in the dining room. Overall probably wouldn’t chose this hotel again."

"Not sure where to start. The first room We were assigned. Well when we opened the door the room was not cleaned. Beds were not made. The next room we had to move due to a strong order. I will never stay in that establishment again. I should have gotten my money back. I strongly recommend that no one stays at this hotel."

"In my room the heating and cooling system was loud. The refrigerator was loud. Making it difficult to sleep. The linen on my bed had a weird smell"

"First room was dirty. We got moved to another room and the cleanliness of the rooms are not the best. The close chargers were not as clear as they said they were. Both expedia or the hotel were not helpful."

"Staff were most helpful and courteous. Elevator floors especially corners had a lot of crud in them."

"Ms Yolonda, Ms Christine, and Ms Melissa was great. My husband is vegan and Miss Yolanda went out of her way to have food for him and Miss Christine. Outstanding help from Ms Melissa when we had issue with the tv. If I had business these individuals I would on love to have on my team"

"On my arrival I had a sneezing, coughing episode. Check the cleaning fluids used in the lobby; could be my system is sensitive but the solvent used maybe a little too strong. Also my floor was went for the entire stay. Other than those two items, the food for breakfast was good. $3.00 for a bottle of water seems excessive. I hope you have me visit again.. Miss Gibson"

"Very spacious suite with huge bathroom. Super clean! Staff was very friendly and helpful, let us stay in the pool even after regular hours. Very clean salt water pool. Highly recommend Home2Suites, it’s our third time staying with this hotel chain."
