"The first room I checked into wasn’t cleaned. There’s was a panty liner wrapper in the middle of the bedroom floor, crumbs on the ground throughout and macaroni on the balcony. The bathroom toilet also had hair on the seat and what looked like a feces on the back of the toilet seat. I ended up trying to call the lobby and nobody picked up so I took my luggage and went back down. They then switched me to another room."

"I’ll start by saying I’m pretty chill and low maintenance, however I feel compelled to share my Awful experience, long story short…never stay here unless you absolutely must. The room was FILTHY, the tables had sticky liquid on it, the floors were FILTHY! My feet were black on the bottom from walking on the floors, there was what I believe to be public hairs in the shower, the bathroom floor had make up all over, the iron had something sticky all over the handle…disgusting, the phone was COVERED in foundation. And a little cherry on top, I left an expensive hat behind and of course “it wasn’t found”. I wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me!"

"I like the room, the balcony, and the overall appearance of the hotel.The property itself was beautiful. Unfortunately, my birthday experience was ruined by poor room service customer service. When I called to order food, I was repeatedly transferred back and forth between two employees. As someone who uses an accessibility device for Deaf and Hard of Hearing communication, this was especially frustrating. I eventually asked for a manager, who handled my order professionally and made sure my food was delivered. I appreciate the manager's help, but the experience left a negative impression. I was also disappointed by the nightclub experience. As a hotel guest celebrating my birthday, I asked if there was any special access or VIP accommodation and was told no. After seeing the long line, I ended up returning to my room and missing my dinner reservation. The day pool party was the highlight of my stay. The staff were friendly, the food was good, and I enjoyed the atmosphere. However, the seating rentals were extremely expensive. Another downside was the location. Transportation costs were very high, with Uber rides often costing $60-$80 each way. Because of this, I was unable to enjoy all the activities I had planned. While the room and pool area were excellent, the poor room service experience, expensive transportation, and disappointing birthday experience mean I would not stay here again. "The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Parking was convenient, and the laundry facilities were a nice bonus. Overall, I had a comfortable experience and would consider staying here again. I have actually stayed over 25 times already at the facility when I have business meetings in Miami. Super Convenient."

"Only stayed for one night, room was too warm stayed at 74°F. The control for the air conditioner didn't work. Breakfast was so so. Food was cold,toaster wouldn't work kept tripping the breaker."
