"I showed up and had no where to stay because the place was under renovation and the resort did not tell Expedia that. Expedia should have known this since my reservation was booked and confirmed by Expedia. I am very upset because I drove 3 hrs there and didn’t have anywhere to stay,"

"After check-in we were taken up several stairs to the assigned room which was at the back of the hotel. We are OAP, 80 plus and 75! The room was like a sauna as no air conditioning had been turned on. The toilet could not be flushed as the toilet tank was empty! The TV had a 'million' channels, but ..."
